Should you have any questions on our products or on an order you have placed or pending with us please contact hello@fetchbeauty.com

We welcome feedback from our customers and encourage you to let us know if we can improve our service to you in some way.

RETURNS:

Should you wish to return a purchase please contact us at hello@fetchbeauty.com for a returns form and we will guide you through the process. Please contact us as soon as possible as we can only accept returns up to 30 days from delivery. No returns will be processed without a returns form.

While we hope that you will be happy with your purchase we understand that you may wish to cancel or return an item. We will gladly offer a full refund on any unwanted purchases provided they are returned to us unused and in perfect re-sellable condition including outer packaging (which must be intact) within 30 days of receipt of goods. All returns will be inspected and a refund will only be processed after receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days along with any complimentary samples included in your purchase which must also be returned.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily refund your item including all postage when it is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. In some case’s we may forward a faulty product to the manufacturer of the product and ask that you deal with them directly. 

Fetch Beauty cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
